Briefing
Put the brief on the canvas next to the references it talks about, instead of in a document that describes images nobody can see while reading it. Sticky notes, text, images, PDFs and 3D models sit on the same board.

Agency work does not fail in the design. It fails in the gap between the moodboard, the plan, the feedback round and the invoice, because each of those lives in a different tool and nobody owns the handover between them. Ceyu keeps the visual work and the plan around it on the same surface, so the brief, the references and the task that came out of them stay connected.
This is the sequence a client job actually runs through, and what Ceyu does at each point.
Put the brief on the canvas next to the references it talks about, instead of in a document that describes images nobody can see while reading it. Sticky notes, text, images, PDFs and 3D models sit on the same board.
Bring existing boards with you. Ceyu imports from Miro, FigJam, Mural and Excalidraw, and reads images, SVG and PDF directly onto the canvas.
The same project has a task list, a board, a calendar and a Gantt view with dependencies and milestones. You pick the view per question, not per tool.
Time tracking sits on the tasks themselves, with a timer that pauses when the machine goes idle rather than quietly billing lunch. Expenses are recorded against the project, with GoBD-compliant records for German bookkeeping.
Comment threads live on the board objects they refer to, so a note about the third layout is attached to the third layout. Roles and permissions decide who sees the internal planning and who only sees the review board.
Capacity planning shows who is already committed before you promise a date to the next client. Recurring tasks and project templates mean a retainer month does not get rebuilt by hand every month.
The part that matters is not the list of views. It is that a sticky note on the board becomes a task, and that the task keeps a reference back to the board it came from. When the client asks six weeks later why something was decided, the decision is still sitting next to the artwork it was made about, rather than in a chat thread nobody can search.
Ceyu is local-first. Boards live on your own disk and keep working with the network off. Sync is opt-in per workspace and encrypted in transit and at rest. If you handle client material under a confidentiality agreement, the security page states what is true today and, just as importantly, which certifications we do not hold yet.
The free plan covers three active projects and does not expire, which is enough to take one real job from briefing to delivery before you decide whether the agency moves.
