Referred revenue is counted net of refunds and chargebacks, over the lifetime of your account. Commission rate, payout schedule and minimum payout are set in the Creem partner agreement you accept when you join, and they are stated there rather than here, so this page can never quietly disagree with your contract.

How it runs

Four steps, then it runs itself

  1. Apply

    Tell us who you are and where you would place Ceyu. Agencies, studios, consultants and course creators all fit, and we read every application by hand.

  2. Get your link

    You are set up in Creem, the payment provider that handles Ceyu checkouts, and receive a referral link plus a dashboard showing clicks, sign-ups and revenue.

  3. Send teams over

    Anyone arriving through your link is attributed to you at checkout. Put the badge on your site, write about the workflow, or hand the link to a client directly.

  4. Get paid, and climb

    Creem pays out to your account on the schedule in your agreement. Your rank rises on its own as referred revenue accumulates, so there is nothing to claim.

Questions

Before you apply

Who can become a partner?

Agencies, studios, freelancers, consultants, course creators and anyone whose audience plans visual work. You do not need to be a Ceyu customer, though partners who use it daily tend to explain it better.

How is a referral attributed to me?

Through your referral link, which Creem attributes at checkout. The attribution window and how competing referrals are resolved are written into the partner agreement, because those are the rules that decide who gets paid.

Can I lose a rank?

Ranks are based on lifetime referred revenue, so they do not decay with a quiet quarter. Refunded and charged-back revenue is deducted, which can move a total back below a threshold.

May I run ads on the Ceyu brand?

No. Bidding on Ceyu brand terms, or on close variants of them, ends the partnership, because it buys traffic that was already coming to us and then charges us for it. Everything else is fair game.

When and how am I paid?

Creem handles the money. It is the merchant of record for Ceyu, it tracks the referral and it pays you out on the schedule in your agreement. Ceyu never sees your bank or tax details.
