Calendar

Two-way sync between a Ceyu project and the calendars your team actually keeps.

  • Reads availability so capacity planning works against real days off, not an idealised week.
  • Writes milestones and deadlines into a calendar, so the people who never open a project tool still see them.
  • Move a date in Ceyu and the calendar entry moves with it.

Project and task tools

For moving in, and for the months where half the team is still somewhere else. Nothing is written back to the other tool, so both stay usable while you decide.

A one-way import, for moving in or for running both while a team decides.

  • Pulls projects, tasks, assignees, due dates and status across into a Ceyu project.
  • You can stop and carry on later, so a large workspace comes over in passes instead of one long run.
  • Nothing is written back to Asana, so the old workspace still works while you decide.
ClickUp Planning · Pro and above Available

The same importer, for teams coming from ClickUp's spaces and lists.

  • Maps spaces, folders and lists onto Ceyu projects rather than flattening everything into one.
  • Brings custom field values across where a matching field exists, and reports what it could not place.
  • Imports in passes, so a workspace with thousands of tasks does not need one long run.

For teams whose engineering backlog is going to stay in Jira.

  • Links a Ceyu task to a Jira issue and keeps status in step, so neither side is a stale copy.
  • Puts the issue key on the board object it came from, which is what makes a canvas reviewable by engineers.

Communication

Notifications in the channel the team already reads, so a due date does not depend on somebody opening a second application.

  • Posts a message when a task is assigned to you, a due date passes, or a board is shared.
  • One channel per project, chosen by an admin, rather than a firehose in #general.
  • Replies stay in Slack, because this tells you what happened and is not a second inbox.

The same notifications, for organisations that live in Microsoft 365.

  • Posts into a channel your admin picks, with the same events as the Slack bridge.
  • Uses your Microsoft identity, so nobody manages a second set of accounts.
  • It respects the local-only policy, so with sync switched off nothing leaves the building.

Reference the design file instead of pasting a screenshot of it onto the board, and send the feedback back to where it can be acted on.

  • Places a live frame on the board, so the reference updates when the design does.

  • Attaches a Drive file to a task or a board object as a link that keeps its permissions.
  • Shows the current title and owner, so a renamed or moved file does not become a dead reference.

Meetings attached to the work they are about.

  • Creates a meeting from a task or a board and puts the link where the work is.
  • Files the recording link back onto the same object once the meeting ends.
  • No transcript is stored in Ceyu unless you place one on the board yourself.

Bookkeeping

Get hours and expenses out in the format your accountant asks for, per period, without a spreadsheet in between.

DATEV Expenses · Pro and above Available

A German bookkeeping export, in the format a Steuerberater expects.

  • Exports expenses and billable time as a DATEV-compatible file, per period.
  • Keeps the receipt reference with the row, so a booking can be traced back to the document.
  • You run it from the expenses module whenever you need it and you do not need an account with DATEV to get the file.

Questions about integrations

Which Ceyu integrations are available today?

Four of them do something today. Google Calendar syncs both ways, Asana and ClickUp bring your work in, and DATEV writes the bookkeeping export. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Figma, Google Drive and Zoom are connected but cannot do anything yet, so this page says coming soon on them instead of listing them as if they were finished.

What do I need to connect an integration?

You need to be an organisation admin and you need a paid plan from Pro upward. Connecting happens once for the whole workspace under Pipes in the app rather than once per person, so nobody has to hand over their own login. An admin can disconnect again at any time and the token stops working the moment they do.

Can I move my work from Asana or ClickUp into Ceyu?

Yes. Both importers pull projects, tasks, assignees, due dates and status into a Ceyu project, and they run resumably so a large workspace can be imported in passes. Nothing is written back to the source, so you can run both side by side while the team decides.

Does an integration break the local-only policy?

No. A workspace set to local-only cannot connect anything that would send content to somebody else, and that rule is checked on the server rather than in the interface, so switching it off in the app is not possible. It is a real trade. Integrations are a network feature, and a workspace that has turned the network off does not get them.

Does Ceyu have a public API or webhooks?

Not yet. A public API with webhooks is on the roadmap for Q4 2026 and is not built, so it should not be part of a buying decision today. Until then, the DATEV export and the importers are the supported ways in and out.

What if the tool we use is not on this list?

Write to support@ceyu.org and tell us which tool it is and what you would want it to do. The list here is short on purpose. One connector that people genuinely use is worth more than five that were built to make this page look longer.
