Ceyu

For freelancers

Your clients, your files, your machine.

Working alone does not make the work simpler, it makes it yours to hold. The references, the schedule, the hours and the receipts all exist, and they usually exist in four different places with a subscription attached to each. Ceyu puts them on one surface, keeps the files on your own disk by default, and does not charge you a team price for being one person.

What you actually need

No admin console, no seat management, no rollout plan. The list below is the part of the product that matters when there is nobody to delegate to.

It works offline

Boards are stored locally first and keep working with the network off. On a train, at a client site with guest wifi, or with sync switched off entirely.

Moodboard and plan together

The references and the schedule are on the same surface, so you are not describing a picture in a task manager that cannot show it.

Hours you can invoice

Time tracking on the task, with a timer that pauses when the machine goes idle. What you bill is what you worked, not what you forgot to stop.

Receipts in the right place

Expenses are recorded against the project with GoBD-compliant records, which matters at the end of a German tax year.

Client-safe sharing

Roles decide what a client sees. Show the review board without exposing the internal planning or what the job costs you.

Free plan that is not a trap

Three active boards and three active projects, no expiry and no card. If your work fits in that, it stays free.

The honest limits

There is no invoicing, no accounting export beyond the expense records, and no client billing portal. Ceyu tells you what you worked and what it cost. Turning that into an invoice still happens in your accounting tool.

What each plan includes

Start on the free plan

No card, no expiry, and the files stay on your disk. If it does not fit how you work, you have lost an afternoon and kept your data.
