The product

Five views of the same project

Not five tools kept in sync. One set of data, and you change the view to suit the question in front of you.

Reference material and the notes about it, on one infinite surface.

Why this exists

The problem is never the tool you are missing

It is the seam between the tools you already have. Every handover is a place where context gets left behind.

Split across four tools

  • The brief describes images that live somewhere else.
  • Feedback arrives as message 40 in a channel.
  • The plan describes last week, because updating it is work.
  • Hours are reconstructed on Friday from memory.
  • Six months on, nobody can say why it was decided that way.

On one surface

  • The brief sits next to the references it talks about.
  • Comments attach to the object under discussion.
  • The plan reads the same data the work is on.
  • The timer runs on the task and pauses when you stop.
  • The decision is still next to the artwork it was made about.

In practice

What it looks like when you use it

Drop anything on the canvas

A note becomes a task

Move one date, see what follows

Feedback on the thing itself

Hours that match the work

Images, animation clips, multi-page PDFs and GLB models land where you drop them and stay at the size you set.

Whiteboard

01

Everything on one surface

The canvas holds the material the work is actually made of, not descriptions of it.

  • Images, video, PDF and 3D side by side
  • Frames group a region and present in order
  • Import from Miro, FigJam, Mural and Excalidraw
See the canvas

02

The plan reads the same data

No syncing between a board and a planner, because there is only one project underneath both.

  • List, board, calendar and timeline
  • Dependencies, milestones and custom statuses
  • Capacity across everything running at once

Clients see what you decide

Review happens on the artwork, and permissions keep the internal plan internal.

  • Comment threads on board objects
  • Roles and granular permissions
  • Shared boards without a client licence

How the work runs

Five steps that usually need four tools

This is the sequence a piece of visual work actually goes through. The point of Ceyu is not that it can do each step, it is that the steps stay connected to each other.

  1. 1 · Brief

The brief sits on the canvas next to the references it talks about, instead of describing images the reader cannot see.

  2. 2 · References and files

Images, video, multi-page PDFs and 3D models go straight onto the board. Existing boards come across from Miro, FigJam, Mural and Excalidraw.

  3. 3 · Production plan

A sticky note becomes a task. The same project then has a list, a board, a calendar and a Gantt view with dependencies and milestones.

  4. 4 · Feedback and approval

Comment threads attach to the object under discussion, and roles decide who sees the internal plan and who only sees the review board.

  5. 5 · Delivery

Tracked time and recorded expenses are already on the project, so what shipped and what it cost do not need reconstructing afterwards.

Two tools, one workspace

Stop paying for a canvas and a planner separately.

Ceyu combines an infinite visual workspace with full project planning for agencies, game studios and design teams. References, 3D assets, animation clips, tasks, timelines and hours stay together, so the plan remains connected to the work.

Module 01: Whiteboard

A canvas that takes whatever you drop on it.

Images, video, multi-page PDFs and 3D models sit side by side on one surface. Add frames, sticky notes, shapes and connectors around them, draw straight on top, and pin the places you want to come back to.

  • 23 shapes, straight, curved and elbow connectors, tables and rich text
  • Video with frame-accurate scrubbing, PDFs and GLB/GLTF models
  • Embeds from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Sketchfab
  • Comment threads with mentions, dot voting, timers and presentation mode

All whiteboard features

Module 02: Flowtask

The plan lives next to the work.

Projects, tasks, subtasks and dependencies in board, list, calendar, timeline and Gantt views. Track hours against tasks, capture expenses with receipts, and let rules handle repetitive work.

  • Gantt charts, timelines, swimlanes, saved filters and custom fields
  • Time tracking, capacity planning and a work calendar per person
  • Expenses with receipt PDFs, customers, reports and dashboards
  • Automation rules, recurring tasks and task templates

Why teams switch

Everything your team needs in one tool

Built to scale with your agency, studio or design workflow, from the first mood board to final client delivery.

Drop in anything, instantly

Drag files from your file manager, paste from the clipboard, or drop a URL from the browser. Whole folders land at once and arrange themselves.

Video and animation on the board

Play MP4 and WEBM in place and step through frame by frame, next to the notes about them.

3D models you can turn

GLB and GLTF load onto the canvas, so silhouette and topology get checked without opening a DCC.

A canvas with no edges

Map a world, a user flow or a season of work on one surface. Frames and pins keep it navigable once the board outgrows the screen.

Bring your old boards

Import straight from Miro, FigJam, Excalidraw and Mural. Objects, text and layout come across, so nobody rebuilds a board by hand.

A sticky note becomes a task

The task keeps a reference back to the board, so the decision and the work that follows it stay attached.

Dependencies that actually move

Milestones and real dependencies on the timeline, so a slipped task pushes everything behind it instead of quietly going out of date.

A timer that stops when you do

Tracked time sits on the task, and the timer pauses when the machine goes idle rather than quietly billing lunch.

Feedback on the thing itself

Comment threads attach to the board object they are about, so a note on the third layout stays on the third layout.
